Flueflex 1000 BF is a Versiv material based on a high strength woven fibreglass substrate with excellent mechanical strength and flexibility that is coated with a matrix of fluoropolymer resins and then laminated on one side with a multi-layer cast PTFE film for extra chemical and permeation resistance.

CF106-2 AS is a dimensionally stable Versiv glasscloth with an anti-static coating. It has a very high PTFE content and is specifically coated in order to provide an extremely smooth surface with good wear characteristics. This product is typically used in applications requiring excellent release properties in a static dissipative environment.

TCK105 AS is a Versiv PTFE-coated Kevlar® fabric with anti-static properties. It has extremely high tensile strength relative to thickness. This product is typically used in conveyor belt applications and is particularly suitable as an edge reinforcement aterial. Kevlar® is recommended for use in moist and/or steam environments.

CS103 S is a PTFE-coated fabric with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side. The acrylic adhesive provides high initial tack and enhanced solvent resistance. A blue backing liner is applied to the adhesive surface for ease of application and for identification. This product is typically used in applications requiring good release at modest temperatures, such as in the packaging industry and for heat sealing.

CSSPSA-5 S is a high quality skived PTFE coated with silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. It provides the unique characteristics of PTFE in a form suitable for application as a surface liner to wood, metal or plastic. A separate liner is applied to the adhesive surface for ease of application.

CL3300 Ultra combines dimensional stability and excellent heat transfer with a highly engineered surface. Common applications include: Grilling; Heat sealing; Lamination; Chemical barriers; Containment.
