CL10
CL10 is part of the Versiv family of flexible, non-porous, PTFE composites that combine the features of multi-layer fluoropolymer cast film with the mechanical properties of fibreglass-reinforced fabric. This product combines a fully sintered PTFE surface with excellent barrier and release properties. CL10 is particularly designed for thermal cycling and harsh chemical applications. Common applications include: release sheets for heat sealing; equipment on packaging lines and platen press covers; lightweight belting for rubber extrusion lines.

DF1100 & DF1200
DF1100 is a multilayer cast PTFE film, fully fused with one surface modified to render it receptive to many conventional adhesives, elastomers, resins and potting compounds. The surface treatment was developed to assure that its application over pure PTFE would not degrade or discolor the basic film. After surface treatment, the PTFE film loses none of its excellent physical and electrical characteristics, expect that the surface treatment results in a natural color which does not affect any of the desired properties. DF1200 is DF1100 laminated to 2 mils of acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
