CF110-2 Black is a premium quality, smooth Versiv PTFE-coated glasscloth that provides excellent release properties. This product is typically used in continuous contact grilling applications with elevated temperatures and ongoing thermal cycling. It has been SPecifically developed to provide longer life and higher resistance to fats, oils and grease penetration.

CF110-1 is a high gloss Versiv PTFE-coated glasscloth which provides excellent release properties and chemical resistance over wide temperature ranges. Typical applications include: conveyor belting; release sheets for laminate manufacturing; advanced composites production; electrical insulation and gasketing purposes.

SP010-2 x is a super smooth, dimensionally stable, premium quality Versiv PTFE-coated glasscloth which provides excellent release properties and superior chemical resistance over wide temperature ranges. This product is typically used in food processing (e.g. contact grilling) and polymer processing applications and has been SPecifically developed to provide longer life and higher esistance.

CL11 is part of the Versiv family of flexible, non-porous laminated composites that combines the features of multi-layer fluoropolymer cast films with the mechanical properties of fibreglass-reinforced fabrics. It combines a fully sintered PTFE surface with excellent barrier and release properties. This product is particularly designed for thermal cycling and harsh chemical applications.

CLF910 is part of the Versiv family of flexible, non-porous laminated composites that combines the features of multi-layer fluoropolymer cast films with the mechanical properties of fibreglass-reinforced fabrics. It is extremely smooth with excellent release properties and increased wear and abrasion performance due to a harder wearing surface. This product is particularly suited for food processing applications such as cooking and baking release sheets with regular thermal cycling and sticky ingredients.

CF210-2 AS is a Versiv PTFE-coated woven glass fabric with anti-static properties. It provides excellent release properties as well as chemical and wear characteristics over wide temperature ranges where static dissipative properties are required. This product is typically used as a fuse pressing belting material where anti-static performance is required, and also as a release sheet for use in the production of wood and composite panels.

CF110-2 TR comprises specially treated PTFE-coated woven fibreglass reinforcement. This Versiv product is specifically designed to be extremely flexible and tear resistant and can be easily fabricated. This product is typically used for demanding conveyor belt applications or as an edge reinforcement material on Versiv conveyor belts.

CF910-1 is a light Versiv PTFE-coated fibreglass fabric that provides controlled porosity. This product is typically used in applications such as composite moulding and curing applications.

CF310 AS is a Versiv PTFE-coated glasscloth with static dissipative properties. This product is typically used in release sheet and heat sealing/packaging type applications, particularly where an antistatic performance is required and where frequent replacement is the norm.

TCK110 is a Versiv PTFE-coated Kevlar® fabric with extremely high tensile strength relative to thickness. This product is an excellent fabric for use in high moisture environments and performs well in applications requiring high tear and flex resistance as well as durability.
